What makes them green? Spinach of course!! These hidden veggie breakfast muffins are perfect for the kids. They have a TON of spinach in them, and all the good nutrients to start their day. The kids love them!

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a mini muffin pan, and set aside.
  3. In a blender, add your banana, eggs and spinach. Blend until it becomes smoothie like. Pour into a mixing bowl and add all of your other ingredients. Stir together until the batter is formed. Fold in chocolate chips!
  4. Pour into the mini muffin pan and place in the oven. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
