Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mash with a fork or use a food processor to make a paste from the 1½ cups Green Peas.
- Mash the 1 Avocado into the green pea paste.
- Dice 1/2 Red Onion and chop ¼ cup Cilantro, mix into the avocado and green pea mixture.
- Add juice of 2 Limes, season with ½ tsp Salt or to taste.
- Mix and serve with tortilla chips!
Notes
You can use a food processor to make a more uniform paste out of the green peas if you don't want to mash them by hand.
