Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Mash with a fork or use a food processor to make a paste from the 1½ cups Green Peas.
  2. Mash the 1 Avocado into the green pea paste.
  3. Dice 1/2 Red Onion and chop ¼ cup Cilantro, mix into the avocado and green pea mixture.
  4. Add juice of 2 Limes, season with ½ tsp Salt or to taste.
  5. Mix and serve with tortilla chips!

Notes

You can use a food processor to make a more uniform paste out of the green peas if you don't want to mash them by hand.
