Process

  1. Add peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a pot on low heat and mix until smooth.
  2. Add protein powder and rice krispies.
  3. Mix until smooth and evenly coated.
  4. Start melting chocolate in 30 second intervals.
  5. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and spread mixture using a spatula.
  6. Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture.
  7. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
  8. Cool/refrigerate until hardened.
  9. Serve!
