High Protein Healthy Chicken Salad
If you’re a busy parent who needs a 5 minute lunch, that’s high in protein and very healthy, this is it! Nothing like using leftover chicken for a tasty recipe! Instead of your typical mayonnaise, I used Greek yogurt for extra protein and it was delicious!
Ingredients
- 6 oz6 oz6 oz Chicken Breast

- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Agave Nectar Syrup
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Onion Powder

- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Blueberries
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Walnuts, Chopped

- In a mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients. Make sure your chicken is shredded, it will mix better! Mix it together.
