Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Prepare the Raspberry Jam (link to full recipe) and let it cool.
  2. In a small pan over medium heat, toast almond flour, butter, cinnamon, salt and sweetener until golden and crumbly (about 3-4 minutes). Let cool.
  3. In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese, cream, vanilla, lemon juice, and sweetener until smooth.
  4. Assemble: In each jar or glass or bowl, layer half of each component inthis order:
  5. Bottom: Add 1/2 of the raspberry chia jam
  6. Middle: Spoon in 1/2 of the whipped cottage cheese mixture
  7. Top: Sprinkle with 1/2 of the almond crumble
  8. Garnish with fresh berries, nuts and mint if using
  9. Repeat for the second jar.
  10. Chill or serve immediately!
  11. Alternate layering option: Add crumble on the bottom, then parfait, then jam on top for a twist.
