But what if you don’t have a blender? No worries! Here are some easy ways to make bulletproof coffee without a blender.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Brew your hot coffee using a French press or your preferred method (my favorite is double espresso).
- Add the unsalted butter and MCT oil to your coffee.
- Stir vigorously with a spoon or use a milk frother to mix until creamy.

I would personally recommend starting with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or MCT oil and gradually increasing the dose. Some people have told me it can act as a laxative. Increasing the fat gradually will ensure you feel good. Use a milk frother for a nice foam. If you don’t have a milk frother, a tall cup and a spoon work well. I personally only use a spoon to stir the oil while drinking the coffee. It’s easier and quicker. Just stir every time before you sip.
