High Protein Vegan Yogurt Bowl
This high protein vegan yogurt bowl is the perfect snack or easy and quick breakfast you can make. It's packed with protein, loaded with fruits and topped with crunchy granola. It's so delicious to have as an afternoon snack when hunger strikes, or as a fresh morning breakfast! All you really need are 2 simple ingredients: the yogurt of your choice and some protein powder.

Ingredients
- 0.666 cup0.666 cup0.666 cup Plant-Based Plain Yogurt, or any yogurt of choice
- 44 grams44 grams44 grams Vegan Protein Powder, 1 scoop, or less as desired
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Banana, sliced
- 3 whole3 whole3 whole Strawberries, sliced
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Blueberries
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Granola
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter, to drizzle on top
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- To a mug, mix together your yogurt and protein powder until well combined.
- Top with sliced bananas, strawberries, blueberries, granola, nut butter, or any other toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
