High Protein Waffles
These are the waffles that I make once or twice a week for the kids. I usually put the batter in a big waffle maker so it makes one big waffle and I can divide up the protein equally. They are fluffy and it just like the ones you get at the restaurant. The kids devoured these! I had a banana for extra nature however, if you are looking for a lower carb waffle, just remove the banana. This made four individual waffles and each have roughly 11 to 12 g of protein.
