Homemade Oreo Peanut Butter Cups
The easiest and tastiest treat that you can make at home are peanut butter cups. Forget the store bought ones that are costly and filled with unhealthy ingredients. You can make your own peanut butter cups, add other toppings inside and make them with healthier ingredients. I am in love with these!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup White Chocolate, Lily's White Chocolate Chips
- 3 - 5 whole3 - 5 whole3 - 5 whole Gluten Free Oreo, Trader Joes
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sea Salt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Melt your white chocolate with a tbsp of coconut oil.
- Spoon some on the bottom of the cupcake liner.
- Place an Oreo on top of the white chocolate.
- Add a spoonful of crunchy peanut butter on top of the Oreo.
- Cover in more white chocolate.
- Place it in the fridge and let it harden.
- Enjoy!
