Granola Bark
This viral granola bark is everything you’ve ever dreamed of. It’s so delicious, you may want to eat the whole thing! It tastes like a Reese’s with a texture of a butter finger. Oh my, it’s delicious! You have to try it!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Granola, Your choice!
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Chocolate Whey Protein Powder, Or Vanilla
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Baking Chocolate Chips

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a mixing bowl, add your granola, peanut butter, protein powder and maple syrup. Mix together until everything is combined and thick like cookie dough. Pour onto parchment paper and press it down to form a rectangle. Set aside.
- Melt chocolate. Pour melted chocolate on top of the granola mixture. Top with sea salt if desired. Place in the fridge until it’s hardened.
- Break and enjoy!
Notes
You can swap out the peanut butter for your favorite nut butter. I used a chocolate peanut butter whey protein powder, but you can use any flavor you want!
