These are my go-to wellness boosters when cold and flu season begin, and they are super easy to whip up! Only a few, simple and inexpensive ingredients are needed to create a large batch that’ll last you much longer than anything you can buy at the store. And the best part? You don’t even need a juicer!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender (I recommend and use a Vitamix). You can also use a capable juicer if preferred.
  2. Blend on high for about 60 seconds, until well combined.
  3. If using a blender, strain the solids from the juice using a fine mesh bag or cheese cloth (I use a nut milk bag).
  4. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge. Enjoy!
