Homemade Turmeric Ginger Shots
These are my go-to wellness boosters when cold and flu season begin, and they are super easy to whip up! Only a few, simple and inexpensive ingredients are needed to create a large batch that’ll last you much longer than anything you can buy at the store. And the best part? You don’t even need a juicer!
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups distilled Water
- 222 Navel Orange, peeled
- 222 Lemon, peeled
- 1 pieces1 pieces1 pieces Ginger Root, about 2.5 inches
- 1 pieces1 pieces1 pieces Turmeric, about 2.5 inches
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Camu Camu Powder, optional
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Black Pepper, ground

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender (I recommend and use a Vitamix). You can also use a capable juicer if preferred.
- Blend on high for about 60 seconds, until well combined.
- If using a blender, strain the solids from the juice using a fine mesh bag or cheese cloth (I use a nut milk bag).
- Store in an air-tight container in the fridge. Enjoy!
