With not drinking a lot of juice, when I open a jar I’m always afraid it will go to waster. This is why I’ve begun making these juicy gut gummies! They are such a fun treat for me and for the kids!! They make for a great healthy alternative to fruit snacks or Jell-o.

  1. Combine all ingredients, use a bit of heat if necessary, but try to avoid heating the mixture as added heat can compromise the nutrient profile of the honey.
  2. Pour into desired silicone mold or into a small casserole dish that’s greased with coconut oil.
  3. Refrigerate for two hours.
  4. Remove from molds or cut into squares in casserole dish and remove.
  5. Store in the fridge and enjoy!

Notes

I usually use a pint jar to store mine! Fits them all perfectly!
