Levain Style Chocolate Chip Cookies (gluten/dairy free)
These colossal cookies are filled with ooey gooey goodness inside! They are phenomenal, and you'd never guess the ingredient list is gluten, dairy, and refined sugar free!
Ingredients
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Coconut Oil, Melted
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Coconut Palm Sugar
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Oat Flour
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Whisk together coconut oil & sugar
- Add in peanut butter and vanilla
- Then fold in egg
- Add remaining ingredients
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Refrigerate dough for 10+ min
- Scoop into giant balls and form into mountain shape to keep a risen ooey gooey center
- Bake at 350 12-14min (less if you make them not nearly as giant as I did đŸ˜‚)
Notes
This made 6-7 giant cookies as pictured You can easily make a dozen average size cookies can sub peanut butter for any other nut butter
