Lime Tamari Tuna Ceviche
Bright and umami, this tuna ceviche is great on rice crackers, plantain chips, or wrapped in seaweed!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ahi Tuna Steak, cubed
- 333 Lime, juice of 3, zest of 1

- 1 clove1 clove1 clove Garlic, grated

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ginger Root, grated

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Barrel Aged Tamari Soy Sauce - Jozo

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sesame Oil

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Rice Vinegar
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Black Peppercorns, Ground Fresh

- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Kosher Salt

- 555 Green Onion (Scallion), 2" pieces, on the bias

- In a large bowl, zest one lime and juice three total.
- Grate the garlic and ginger right into the lime juice.
- Add the Jozo Tamari, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
- Add the cubed tuna pieces and add the salt and pepper directly on top.
- Add the scallions and give everything a big toss so every piece of fish is covered.
- Cover and chill for 30-60 minutes.
- Serve cold with chips, seaweed, or rice crackers.
