- 20 oz20 oz20 oz Bell Pepper and Onion Blend, Frozen
- 2 lb2 lb2 lb Ground Beef, or ground meat of choice (I like sneaking in organ meats!)

- 6-86-86-8 easy baked bacon (click for recipe), finely chopped
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup No-Sugar Hickory BBQ Sauce - Yo Mama's Foods

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Horseradish

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Dill Pickle Juice

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Golden Monkfruit Sweetener - Lakanto

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Onion Powder

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- in a large skillet, sautƩ peppers, onions, & mushrooms until tender & caramelized (~12-15 minutes).
- move veggies to a plate, then brown meat.
- once meat is fully cooked, mix in veggies, bacon, & beans to meat.
