Loaded Tater Tots

For the Tater Tots
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Tater Tots, Frozen, 1 whole bag of frozen tater tots
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Meat & Potatoes Seasoning - Primal Palate

- 4 whole4 whole4 whole Pickles, mini pickles, diced

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Tomato, Cherry, diced

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Organic Sprouted Almonds - Lark Ellen Farm, finely chopped

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Chives, finely chopped, for garnish
For the Vegan Cheese Sauce
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Butter, Salted

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Vegan Shredded Cheddar, or any flavour of choice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cornmilk - Maizly

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Barrel Aged Tamari Soy Sauce - Jozo

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Turmeric Powder

- Cook tater tots as directed on package instructions.
- While tater tots are cooking, add all vegan cheese sauce ingredients to a small saucepan and simmer on low heat until the butter and cheese melts. Whisk everything together until a thick, gooey sauce forms and take off the heat.
- Once tater tots have cooked, place on a serving tray and season with Primal Palate meat & potatoes seasoning. Toss to combine.
- Top with diced pickles, cherry tomatoes, and chopped almonds.
- Pour the vegan cheese sauce on top and garnish with more chopped almonds and chives.
Notes
How to store: Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to two days.
