Maple Bacon Wrapped Date Dip
We all know and love the appetizer Bacon Wrapped Dates.. right? Well, I'm taking it all a step further for the best Super Bowl Appetizer yet - Maple Bacon Wrapped Date DIP! Because everything is better with dip! I used US Wellness Meats bacon, Georgia Grinders maple caramel almond butter, Primal Palate vanilla extract, and a few other ingredients to make this super easy and fun dairy-free super bowl appetizer!
Ingredients
- 4 oz4 oz4 oz Goat Cheese, dairy-free
- 4 oz4 oz4 oz Kite Hill Greek Style Yogurt -Plain Unsweetened
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Medjool Dates, candied
- 0.5 lb0.5 lb0.5 lb Bacon, baked

- First, bake your bacon at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until golden dark brown. Let cool then chop into bits.
- While the bacon bakes, also chop up your dates and bake them for about 15 minutes or until caramelized.
- Then, blend your goat cheese (diary-free) with plain greek-style yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Pour that into a ramekin and top with your cooked chopped bacon and candied dates.
- Top with an extra drizzle of maple syrup then dip in crackers, apples, or any other dipper of choice!
