Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a large bowl, whisk together 8 large eggs
- Season with salt and pepper
- Add in ½ cup of milk and whisk thoroughly. Set aside
- Brush a 12” cast iron skillet with 2 tbsp avocado oil
- To your skillet, add the bell pepper, ham and tomatoes and spread evenly throughout the pan
- Pour the egg mixture directly into the skillet and gently mix
- Top with crumbled feta cheese
- Bake at 400F for 25 mins
- Out of the oven, top frittata with Yo Mama’s Marinara sauce
- Garnish with arugula
- Slice and enjoy!
