Sweet potato muffins are they perfect muffin to feed your kids! Sweet potatoes are sweet and add a flavorful taste to the muffins. Plus, it’s a serving of vegetables your kids are eating and they have no idea. my kids loved these. The mini chocolate chips are such a fun add-in, but truly, you can add whatever you want.
