Mini Sweet Potato Muffins
Sweet potato muffins are they perfect muffin to feed your kids! Sweet potatoes are sweet and add a flavorful taste to the muffins. - .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Pure Maple Syrup

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Milk

- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Pancake Mix

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cinnamon, Ground

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips, Semi-Sweet

- Preheat your oven to 350.
- In a mixing bowl, add your sweet potato, eggs, Greek yogurt and maple syrup. Whisk together.
- Then add your pancake mix, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mixed together until the muffin batter is all ready to go.
