Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350°F..
  2. Lightly grease an 11 x 7 inch pan and set it aside.
  3. In a large bowl combine the fruit, 2 tbsp of the brown sugar, 1 tsp of lemon juice, 1/2 t of the vanilla extract. Stir to combine then pour into the greased baking dish.
  4. In a medium size bowl combining the flour, 1 cup of brown sugar, and the cinnamon Add the butter and mix with a fork or your fingers until it's well blended and crumbly.
  5. Top the berries with the crumble and bake for 30 minutes or until it's nice and bubbly and the top is lightly browned.
  6. Let it cool at least 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

This can be easily made using gluten-free or regular all purpose flour. Serve with vanilla ice cream if desired.
