Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Rinse the berries and pat them dry. In a mixing bowl, combine the berries and 1/4 cup of Lakanto Classic Sweetener. Mix well and set aside.
  3. In another mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, rolled oats, chopped pecans, melted coconut oil, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix well until the mixture becomes crumbly.
  4. Place the berry mixture in a baking dish, then sprinkle the crumble mixture on top.
  5. Bake the crumble for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the berries are bubbling.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with a dollop of Sugar-Free Whipped Cream or a scoop of Keto Vanilla Ice Cream, if desired. This recipe will work with Golden Monkfruit Sweetener or Brown Monkfruit Sweetener. Sub the same amount.
