Mocha Tiramisu Baked Oats
this is my take on tiramisu baked oats with a mocha twist. they’re chocolatey, coffee-soaked and topped with a creamy yoghurt layer that makes them taste like cake for breakfast but they’re packed with protein and fibre. bake once, slice it up and you’ve got breakfast or a snack ready to go for the week!
Ingredients

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Instant Coffee

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Instant Coffee

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Hot Water
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C fan-forced).
- Whisk instant coffee and hot water together and set aside.
- In an oven safe baking dish, mash bananas. Add in oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, milk, yoghurt, and coffee. Mix until well combined.
- Bake in the oven for 35-40 mins. Once ready, set aside to cool for 10 mins.
- For the topping, whisk instant coffee and hot water together. Combine in a bowl with yoghurt and mix until smooth. Spread evenly over baked oats and dust with cocoa powder.
- Slice into as many pieces as you desire and store in the fridge in an airtight container. Enjoy cold or microwave for 1 min to serve warm.
