- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder

- 444 Eggs
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Vanilla Extract

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Melt together the butter and sugar on the stove, low heat. Add cocoa powder, whisk, remove from heat.
- Combine brown sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl and whisk together.
- Add chocolate mixture to flour
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix until batter is smooth. Add chocolate chips.
- Pre-grease the pan and add mixture to a 9x13 pan or cookie sheet.
- Bake for 35 minutes
- Option to garnish with sea salt
