No Bake Banana Bread Energy Balls
No bake banana bread energy balls are the best morning snack for when you need a little boost! Made with bananas, oats, peanut butter, vegan protein powder and even more good-for-you ingredients that are pantry staples. They are made in 15 minutes and can be kept in the freezer and are ready to eat whenever you've got a craving! These energy balls truly taste like banana bread but are packed with so much protein!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Banana, super ripe
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp freshly ground Coffee
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Flax Seed Meal, ground
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder, Vegan
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, or as many chocolate chips as you'd like!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mash bananas in a plate then place in a large bowl and proceed to add in the rest of the ingredients except chocolate chips. Mix all ingredients with a spatula until well incorporated.
- Add in chocolate chips and mix until they are evenly distributed.
- Prepare a pan lined with parchment paper and scoop the dough into balls with a cookie scooper. Dough will be slightly wet, this is normal!
- Place balls in the freezer to harden for about 30 minutes-1 hour before enjoying.
Notes
How to store: Place in an airtight container and keep in the freezer for up to one month.
