No Bake Christmas Crack (with mixed nuts)
This No-Bake Christmas Crack is my twist on the classic using mixed nuts instead of crackers. This is the ultimate holiday treat—sweet, salty, and totally addictive!
Using nuts makes this lower carb and I also use sugar free brown sugar which also makes this lower in carbs than the OG. Have no fear though - the irresistible sweet and salty flavors still shine here so there's no compromise on the flavor.

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Roasted and Salted Cashews
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Peanuts
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Hazelnut
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Salted Butter
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Brown Monkfruit Sweetener - Lakanto, or brown sugar
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Hu Dark Chocolate Gems, or chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Sprinkles, optional

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix nuts together and pour on a parchment lined small baking sheet.
- Melt butter and brown sugar on the stove on medium heat, constantly stirring and let bubble for about a minute.
- Pour over nuts and freeze for 5 minutes.
- Melt chocolate and pour over nuts and put sprinkles on top (if using) and freeze again for another 30 minutes.
- Break apart and enjoy! Can be stored in fridge or freezer (I prefer fridge).
Notes
You can sub any of the nuts out (almonds would be a great sub!) just make sure there's a total of 1 1/2 cups of nuts.
