Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results

For the Filling

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the apples, maple syrup, lemon juice and cinnamon. Toss to coat and transfer to an ovenproof casserole or pie dish.

For the Crumble Topping

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cassava flour, nuts, maple syrup, cinnamon, and ghee. Toss until fully combined.
  2. Spoon the crumble overtop of the apple filling and transfer the skillet to the oven. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until crumble is golden brown and the apples are bubbling.
  3. Serve immediately with dairy-free, vanilla ice-cream.
