Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Add cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil and eggs in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Grease a cupcake tray w/ oil until fully coated.
  4. Add mixture to cupcake pan about 2/3 full.
  5. Cook for 15-25 minutes until toothpick test shows done.
  6. Let cool for 20 minutes and remove to cooking rack.
  7. Once cool begin to melt bag of Pascha Chocolate using a double boiler over medium - low heat, stirring often.
  8. Cut cupcakes in half horizontally.
  9. Place on parchment lined baking sheet.
  10. Add icing to one half and top with remaining half.
  11. Place back on baking tray.
  12. Dip entire cupcake into melted icing & place on tray.
  13. Put tray in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to chill.
  14. Enjoy!
