Pascha Chocolate Vegan Nama Truffles
This recipe has minimal ingredients delivering maximum punch in both taste & presentation. Nama is a traditional recipe from Japan that we have given a Vegan twist.
Stays well in the refrigerator for a daily Nama fix.
You will simply make this recipe time & time again. We promise.
Ingredients
- 11.28 oz11.28 oz11.28 oz Pascha Dark Chocolate Bar with Arabica Coffee, (4 bars)
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Heavy Cream (Whipping Cream), vegan
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Salted Butter, vegan
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder, for dusting
- Sea Salt, coarse, a sprinkle

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Chop up bars of chocolate and add Vegan Butter and put aside in a bowl.
- Heat whipping cream over low heat stirring occasionally.
- Add hot whipping cream to chocolate & butter mixture stirring until combined.
- Add optional whisky if desired here. Stir well.
- Place parchment paper lining on an 8 by 8 pan.
- Add mixture to pan. Tap to even out and place in the refrigerator for 6 hours to overnight.
- Remove from refrigerator and use a knife to cut diagonally and horizontally into squares.
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve.
- Enjoy.
Notes
Optional - 2 tablespoons Whisky - We Used Uncle Nearest. Pro Tip - In between cuts of the Nama dip knife into hot water to help facilitate even cutting.
