Pascha Chocolate Vegan Nama Truffles (Edit recipe)

This recipe has minimal ingredients delivering maximum punch in both taste & presentation. Nama is a traditional recipe from Japan that we have given a Vegan twist. Stays well in the refrigerator for a daily Nama fix. You will simply make this recipe time & time again. We promise.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Chop up bars of chocolate and add Vegan Butter and put aside in a bowl.
  2. Heat whipping cream over low heat stirring occasionally.
  3. Add hot whipping cream to chocolate & butter mixture stirring until combined.
  4. Add optional whisky if desired here. Stir well.
  5. Place parchment paper lining on an 8 by 8 pan.
  6. Add mixture to pan. Tap to even out and place in the refrigerator for 6 hours to overnight.
  7. Remove from refrigerator and use a knife to cut diagonally and horizontally into squares.
  8. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve.
  9. Enjoy.

Notes

Optional - 2 tablespoons Whisky - We Used Uncle Nearest. Pro Tip - In between cuts of the Nama dip knife into hot water to help facilitate even cutting.
