Pasta AL Limonè
An easy fresh pasta that will take you to the place where it originated from. It’s bright, light and creamy and will make you wanting seconds.
Ingredients

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Butter, Salted
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Aleppo Pepper Chili Flakes - The Spice Lab
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 cloves3 cloves3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pasta Water
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Parsley

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a bowl, add your Parmesan, zest, juice and olive oil.
- Mix it and set it aside.
- In a pot, add cold water and bring to a boil.
- Once water start boiling, add your salt, then your pasta.
- Cook pasta until Al dente (7-8 mins)
- In a skillet, add your olive oil, butter, garlic and chilli flakes.
- Cook low and slow.
- This will ensure you do not burn the garlic.
- Add your al dente pasta in.
- add your lemon sauce, then pasta water. This will help make the lemon sauce silky and smooth.
- Cook this for about 5-10 mins until sauce comes together.
- Add parsley or basil on top, then more Parmesan.
- Serve and enjoy.
