This easy yummy yogurt bowl is high in protein and checks all the boxes! Fiber, healthy fats, protein and is delicious.  It is great for breakfast or a snack.  You can add your favorite toppings, like berries, nuts, bananas or some of your favorite cereal. It is even great prepared the night before in a jar for an on the go breakfast or snack!
