PB Cup Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough
Protein packed, melt-in-your-mouth cookie dough, with a rich peanut butter flavor, and healthier peanut butter cup chunks throughout. Good luck stopping at just one spoonful!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Peanut Butter Powder, Or 2-3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1.25 cups1.25 cups1.25 cups Almond Flour
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Medjool Date Syrup, Or pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Dark Chocolate Peanut Gems - Unreal
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Blend everything together, minus mix-ins, until smooth, scraping the sides in between blends to fully incorporate
- Fold in organic dark chocolate peanut butter cups (I used Justin's brand) and dye free chocolate candies, or mix ins of choice
- Place in the fridge for 20min + for optimal taste and texture
- Enjoy!
