Peach Kefir Chia Pudding
This healthy meal prep chia seed pudding is so easy to make and packed with omega-3s, fiber, antioxidants, and probiotics!
Ingredients
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Chia Seeds
- 111 Peaches
- .75 cup.75 cup.75 cup Kefir, grass-fed
- 111 Collagen, scoop, grass-fed, optional
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Blend kefir and 1/2 of a peach
- In a jar, mix together the chia seeds and peach kefir blend
- Stir in the optional collagen
- Dice the rest of the peach for topping
- Let chia seed pudding set in fridge for a few hours or overnight
