Peanut Butter Cup Blossoms
If youâre a chocolate peanut butter fan, these peanut butter blossoms with peanut butter cups are the ultimate peanut butter and chocolate lovers DREAM.
Instead of using a chocolate kiss as the center, we are upping the peanut butter love with a peanut butter cup đ
These are very easy to make and very pleasing to the taste buds.
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener (with Erythritol), or granulated sugar of choice
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Salted Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp unsweetened Applesauce
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 9 whole9 whole9 whole Trader Joe's Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, or small peanut butter cup of choice

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix everything in a bowl, aside from the chocolate.
- Roll dough into a ball the size of a rounded TBS. Optional - roll in extra monk fruit or granulated sugar of choice if you want it sweeter (I didnât think it needed it). Do not flatten.
- Bake at 350 for 8 min. Immediately press your chocolate peanut butter cups into the center of each cookie and let it sit for at least 10 min to firm up before enjoying!
