- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Shrimp, Raw, one bag of U8-12 non-peeled Shrimp
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Shallot
- 1 clove1 clove1 clove Garlic
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Lemon
- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Hot Crispy Oil, Original - Hot Crispy Oil
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted, 1/4 stick
Process

- Saute chopped garlic and shallots with butter and 2 table spoons HCO.
- Add shrimp after garlic and shallots translucent.
- Squeeze lemon and add zest after flipping shrimp.
