It’s beet seasonnn and i am huge lover of all things Greek yogurt and tzatziki, so let’s combine the two!
This twist on classic tzatziki is a pretty, fresh, and a tasty way to incorporate protein, fiber, and healthy fats into your diet🫒 it’s perfect for dipping or putting on my Mediterranean stuffed peppers!

- 3 whole3 whole3 whole Beets, cooked, grated, I used Love Beets already cooked
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Cucumber
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Dill, Fresh, chopped
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 cloves2 cloves2 cloves Garlic, minced
