Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Beef, Rib Eye Steak, shaved, or sliced very thin
- 8 pieces8 pieces8 pieces White American Cheese
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Butter, Salted
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Onion, sliced
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Green Bell Peppers, sliced
- 4 pieces4 pieces4 pieces Butter Lettuce
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Hot Cherry Peppers in Oil, divided
- 111 Salt and Pepper, to taste
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring often, until the vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes. Set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, spread the shaved steak in a single layer. Season generously with salt and black pepper. Cook until the steak is seared on one side, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook until seared on the other side and cooked to your liking, about 2 more minutes for medium doneness.
- Top the cooked steak with slices of Cooper Cheese. Cover the skillet until the cheese melts.
- Assemble the Wraps: place the steak mixture on top of butter lettuce leaves, top with the cooked onions and peppers, and add hot cherry peppers if desired.
