Pine Cone Cheese Ball!
This makes for a stunning Christmas centerpiece, or simply the star of the appetizer spread!
It's super easy to make & can be made ahead of time!
I used (dye free) edible gold luster dust for the slow perfect sparkling touch, but you can see it looks just as show stopping without the dust if you choose to omit. (It adds no taste)
Ingredients
- 6 oz6 oz6 oz Full Fat Cream Cheese
- 2 oz2 oz2 oz Goat Cheese, Or sour cream
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Parsley, Minced
- .25 whole.25 whole.25 whole Lemon, Juice & zest of 1/4 lemon
- .5 whole.5 whole.5 whole Green Onion (Scallion)
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almonds
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole fresh Rosemary

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Whip cream cheese & goat cheese together, then add remaining ingredients until combined well
- Place cheese ball on parchment paper and shape into egg shape
- Place almonds in rows pointing toward the side
- Place in the fridge for an hour-two to firm up
- Once firm you can slide off parchment paper and onto serving plate
- Brush with luster dust (optional) and place rosemary as the pinecone stems
- Enjoy!
