- 3 - 4 Tbsp3 - 4 Tbsp3 - 4 Tbsp Pistachio Butter
- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Pistachios, Roasted, chopped
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Dark Chocolate Gems - Hu
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Coconut Oil - Thrive Market
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place the pitted dates, cut side down, in a large rectangle shape. Place another piece of parchment on top and lightly flatten with a cup or rolling pin
- Spread pistachio butter on dates
- Top with chopped pistachios
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil, pour on bark
- Refrigerate or freeze until set and dig in!
