Dubai Strawberry Chocolate Bark
Inspired by the strawberry-pistachio chocolate cups that have been popping up all over social, this recipe is the perfect blend of sweet, crunchy, and just bougie enough to impress. It’s low in sugar, refreshing, and SO easy to make. This will be in your summer dessert rotation!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Strawberries, sliced
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Pistachio Butter
- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Coconut, Shredded
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup 100% Cacao Organic Vegan Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Chips - Pascha Chocolate Co.
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Coconut Oil
- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Pistachios, Raw, chopped

- Wash and dry the strawberries
- Remove green tops and thinly slice them
- Line them up together on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Spread the pistachio butter over the strawberries.
- Top with some of the coconut and pistachios
- Melt together the chocolate and coconut oil together and gently pour over the strawberries.
- Top with more coconut and pistachios and freeze for 1-2 hours and enjoy
