Back in the day, I tried making chia pudding with almond milk, protein powder, and chia seeds. That was it. No texture, no flavor, no fun. Of course I never came back to it. But this version? It’s creamy, subtly sweet, and actually feels like a treat — while still being macro-friendly and balanced.
