Matcha Chia Seed Pudding (Edit recipe)

Looking for a perfect way to start your day, look no further because this recipe is easy to make and is a perfect dairy-free base to any granola parfait. Our favorite way to top a chia seed pudding parfait is with our classic Sunset Blend or the Paleo Sunrise Series Dark Chocolate Blend. This recipe features matcha powder but a variety of other ingredients can be used instead. Add a tsp of turmeric to add a splash of color or a spoon full of peanut butter for extra protein. A great part about making a chia seed pudding is it can be done ahead of time and stored in the freezer so you can fee like a meal prep queen.

  1. Place the chia seeds, salt and matcha powder in a mason jar with a tight seal. Add the almond milk and stir.
  2. Seal the jar, and shake the contents on and off for about five (5) minutes. This way you make sure the chia seeds to clump together.
  3. Serve with your favorite topping!

Notes

Note: Depending on your thickness preference, adjust the amount of chia seeds to fit your desired consistency.
