  1. in a large bowl make the apple crisp filling. Combine the apples, coconut sugar, vanilla bean powder, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and pink salt.
  2. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or oil. Add the apple crisp filling to the baking dish.
  3. In a medium sized bowl make the topping. Combine the cassava flour, rolled oats, coconut sugar, pink salt, butter, and pumpkin pie spice.
  4. Evenly spread out on the top of the apple crisp.
  5. Bake the apple crisp at 350 until the apples are soft and the top is golden brown, about 45 – 55 minutes.
  6. ENJOY!
