These simple pumpkin blondies are everything your toddler needs for a tasty treat. They’re easy to make, call for one a handful of ingredients and they can be made in the pan you’re baking in. They’re perfect for the fall season!

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a bread loaf pan.
  3. In the pan, add the pumpkin puree, egg, maple syrup and almond butter. Whisk together. Then add your flour, baking powder and pumpkin pie spice. Stir. Top with chocolate chips.
  4. Place in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes. Be sure it’s cooked all the way through, but still moist.
  5. Enjoy!
