Monster Cookies (Edit recipe)

Monster cookies are a class cookie that is delicious and filled with all good things. These monster cookies are egg free, gluten free and can be made dairy free as well. They are very good, I can promise you that. I added a sprinkle of sea salt at the end to add the perfect salty touch and let me tell you, it hit the spot. These were gone so quickly in our house. They store great in a container in the fridge or the freezer just in case you do not eat them all right away! If you take a bite right out of the oven, pair it with a spoonful of vanilla ice cream and WOW, you will be in heaven!
