Sugar and spice and everything nice! These pumpkin french toast sticks are great for the fall season and super easy to make.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a large bowl combine; pumpkin purée, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract and milk, set aside
  2. On a cutting board slice up your pandoro into even sticks, set aside
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add half of your butter to the pan
  4. Once butter is melted, take your sticks and soak them into your batter
  5. Dunk each stick and place onto skillet
  6. Let the sticks cook on each side for about 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown
  7. In a small bowl; mix white sugar and cinnamon together
  8. Coat each stick into the cinnamon and sugar mixture
  9. Repeat process until all sticks are gone
  10. Pour maple syrup into a small dish (optional)
  11. Dip sticks into maple and enjoy!

Notes

Store in the fridge in an air tight container for a few days. Re-heated in air fryer is the best way to enjoy these!
