Pumpkin Pie Chia Seed Pudding
I love making pumpkin spice-flavored treats that are good for you, and this chia seed pudding fits that box. It's also easy and only takes 5 minutes to put together; place it in the fridge overnight, and you have a delicious snack the next day. Top with coconut whipped cream, and enjoy.

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Collagen, unflavored

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a medium-sized bowl with a lid, add the coconut milk, pumpkin puree, sea salt, pumpkin pie spice, chia seeds, maple syrup, and collagen peptides.
- Whisk everything thoroughly, place a lid on the container, and store in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next day, stir the pudding and serve with coconut whipped cream and more pumpkin pie spice.
