Refined-Sugar Free Healthier Nutella
Healthy Nutella that is chocolatey, creamy, sweetened with dates, and way better than the original! This recipe is so delicious and made in only one step with 4 ingredients. You will be obsessed, I know I am! There are so many different uses for this spread, let me know what you do.
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Hazelnut
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cacao Powder, Raw
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Date Sugar
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Real Salt - Redmond
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat the oven to 425 and prepare a baking sheet with parchment
- Add the hazelnuts to the baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes
- Once done, pour into towel and rub the skins off. Let cool
- Add the ingredients to a food processor and blend for 10 minutes until creamy. Scrap down the sides as needed.
- Enjoy!
