This is the only Roast Beef recipe you will ever need! Why you ask? Because it comes out chef's kiss perfect every.single.time. I like to serve it with a simple mushroom au jus and Whipped Mashed Potatoes to soak up all the deliciousness!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 450˚
  2. Combine spices in a bowl
  3. Rub roast with olive oil and coat with spices
  4. Place roast on a wire rack in a shallow baking pan
  5. Bake 15 minutes at 450˚ & lower heat to 325˚ & bake 1 hour more or until thermometer reads 125˚ for rare
  6. Remove from oven & cover with foil for 15 minutes
  7. Slice thinly & serve
