  1. preheat oven or air-fryer to 400.
  2. in a bowl, toss together potatoes, fat of choice, & seasonings.
  3. place on a sheet pan, then bake for 25-30 minutes; stirring at the half-way mark.
  4. if you make a large batch, cool, then put on a sheet pan, evenly spaced out & freeze; once frozen add to a zip-lock bag.
  5. reheat in the air-fryer for 3-5 minutes!
