If cottage cheese can be turned into rocky road dessert in a jar… maybe I can do hard things.

This single-serve high-protein (that actually is high protein and not also high carb and fat…) treat is creamy, chocolatey, crunchy, and absolutely nothing like the sad scoops of cottage cheese you grew up avoiding. No baking, no weird texture — just rocky road magic in a jar. 🙌🏼
